Soulwork Journaling Prompts
A sacred space to write it out, cry it out, and grow through it.
These prompts aren't about getting it "right." They're about getting it out-the thoughts, the fears, the little flickers of hope you didn't know were still there. Use these as daily reflection starters, prayer prompts, or deep dives into your own healing story.
Seek. Surrender. Anchor.
The foundation of soulwork.
Seek
- What am I really feeling beneath the surface today?
- What lie have I been believing about myself? What truth can I replace it with?
- What have I been avoiding that needs my attention?
- What am I most hungry for right now-spiritually, emotionally, physically?
- What did I learn about myself this week?
Surrender
- What am I holding onto that's too heavy for me to carry?
- What does surrender mean to me right now?
- Is there someone I need to forgive-including myself?
- Where have I been trying to control something that needs to be laid down?
- What would it feel like to give this to God?
Anchor
- What truth from scripture do I need to anchor into today?
- What does God say about who I am?
- What grounds me when everything else feels chaotic?
- What blessings have I overlooked recently?
- Where do I feel God's presence the most lately?
How to Use These Prompts:
- Light a candle or roll a little sacred smoke.
- Breathe deep. Let your shoulders drop.
- Choose a prompt (or let one choose you).
- Write freely. No judgement. Just truth.
- Pray over it. Reflect. Release.
