 Soul Tools & Resources🧰

Why I Take These Daily Essentials

These aren't just supplements--they're part of my soulcare ritual. Each one supports a specific part of my healing journey: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I've chosen them with intention, prayer, and love...because healing takes heart.

  • Total Omega: This orange creme liquid is surprisingly delicious and gives me a powerful daily boost of Omega 3, 6 & 9. It helps reduce inflammation, supports brain clarity, and nourishes my nervous system--exactly what I need to stay grounded and glowing.
  • Myo-Inositol Blend: My hormone harmony hero. With a potent mix of D-chiro inositol, berberine and supportive vitamins and herbs, it helps with mood regulation, hormone balance, and stress resilience.
  • Corti-Soothe: This is my little stress-soother in a bottle. It's packed with calming, adaptogenic herbs like ashwagandha, holy basil, and lion's mane that help support my adrenals and stabilize my emotions when life gets loud.
  • Liquid Cayenne Pepper Drops: This one's fiery and functional. I take it to keep my blood flowing and my heart strong due to a personal history of DVTs. It's a bold reminder that sometimes healing is hot, but holy.
Each bottle on this list plays a sacred role in my wellness walk. I always suggest checking with your own trusted healthcare provider before starting anything new--but if your heart's nudging you toward healing, these may be the helpers you've been looking for.

Faith Tools: What Grounds Me Spiritually

Not everything in healing is visible. Some of the most powerful tools I use on my journey can't be measured with stats or tracked with apps--they're sacred, intentional, and deeply personal. Here are some of the tools that help me stay rooted in truth, grace, and spiritual clarity.

Restoration Study Bible (KJV)

This is the Bible I chose because it aligns deeply with my beliefs. It's the one I study with, seeking truth, correction, and deeper understanding of God's Word through both Old and New Testaments. It keeps me rooted and refined.

Anointing Oil from Israel

Crafted in the Promised Land using ingredients from Exodus 30:23-33, this sacred oil is infused with olive oil and essential oils from the mountains of Jerusalem. I use it in moments of deep prayer, surrender, and spiritual warfare. When I anoint myself, I'm not just hoping--I'm declaring. Covered. Called. Chosen.

Sacred Scents: Terpenes for Prayer & Meditation

Terpenes are plant compounds created by God--designed to calm the mind, awaken the spirit, and open sacred space. Used prayerfully through cannabis or essential oils, they align our nervous system with the peace and presence.

Top Terpenes I Use for Prayer & Meditation

  • Linalool- Lavender-like, calming, brings stillness
  • Myrcene- Earthy, grounding, helps relax tension
  • Pinene- Pine-scented, sharpens memory, mental clarity
  • Limonene- Citrus, uplifts mood, chases anxiety
  • Beta-Caryophyllene- Spicy, stabilizing, eases inflammation and emotional overwhelm

This is holy chemisty--- plant wisdom meeting divine intention.

These tools aren't magic. They're sacred rhythms that help me draw closer to the Creator, settle my spirit, and walk in alignment with grace. You don't need fancy rituals--just an open heart, a willing spirit, and something that draws you back to the Source.

Faith Practices I Live By:

  • Daily Verse & Devotion--Through the Bible App, I begin each day with scripture and themed plans that help me walk in alignment
  • Prayer Journaling-- Every entry starts with gratitude. I also reflect on moments where I ask myself, What Would Jesus Do? He's not just my Savior--He's my role model.
  • Worship Playlist-- "Worship Songs That SLAP HARD" on Spotify is where I cry, dance, and praise through whatever the day throws at me.
  • Symbols of Strength-- I wear a cross occasionally and carry prayer cards when something weighs heavy. These are more than objects--they're declarations of who I belong to.
  • Sacred Scents (Terpenes)-- Linalool, pinene, and myrcene help me focus, unwind, and spiritually reset. These plant compounds are God-given tools for meditative stillness and divine clarity.

Books, Tools & Mentorship That Help Heal

I've walked through anxiety, overwhelm, and seasons where I felt like I couldn't catch my breath. These books, services, and tools helped guide both me and my husband through. Some came with tears, some with breakthroughs--but all left us better than they found us.

Books I Recommend:

  1. Hope & Help For Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weekes A classic. If anxiety has ever ruled your day, this book will speak life and calm straight into your nervous system
  2. At Last A Life by Paul David This one was recommended by my husband, and it's powerful. Paul David writes from experience with anxiety and the path to recovery with grace and simplicity.
  3. The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins My newest reaede and an instant mindset shift. It's short, impactful, and helps you stop people-pleasing and start releasing. Let them think what they want--you're healing anyway.
  4. The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook by Matthew Mckay, PhD; Jeffrey C. Wood, PsyD; Jeffrey Brantley, MD This is my go-to DBT guide. Full of tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. If you're doing soulwork, this one's a must.

Services & Tools I Trust:

-Bye Bye Panic Mentorship by Shaan Kassam Gentle guidance, lived experience, and encouragement for anyone struggling with panic attacks. It's real, relatable, and grounded.

-Mindful Minutes in the iPhone Health App If you have an iPhone, this underrated little feature tracks your mindful moments and reflections. I use it to stay in touch with how I'm really doing.

-The Journal App (Also iPhone) Simple and powerful. Writing your thoughts out--especially in your own words--can help manage emotions, track progress, and make sense of the noise.

With smoke & soul,
Luma
